Teacher Spotlight - Kristina Baldwin, Kindergarten | Schedule a Tour

Hello! My name is Kristina Baldwin, and I am so proud to be a Kindergarten teacher at Towne Meadows Elementary. I have been teaching for 15 years, and my favorite thing about this grade level is watching my students transform from unsure beginners into truly confident learners.
I believe that the best learning happens when students feel connected. I place a high priority on building strong relationships with each of my students, ensuring I am a safe, supportive adult in their lives from the very first day they walk through my classroom door.
I love partnering with parents to help our students feel empowered both at home and at school.
To help your child feel ready for the big transition to Kindergarten, help them build independence with small tasks. Practicing things like putting on their own shoes, opening their lunch containers, and following simple routines at home makes a huge difference in their confidence when they are at school!
When I’m not in the classroom, I am a diehard ASU fan! Whether I’m attending sporting events or hosting game nights with my friends, I love staying active and being part of a team. I also enjoy winding down with a good book whenever I get the chance.
We are so excited to welcome your child into our Towne Meadows family and watch them shine!
