The Gifted Academy at Towne Meadows Elementary is set to include 3-grade students for the upcoming school year! Towne Meadows is a neighborhood K-6 elementary school and home to the Gifted Academy, the only self-contained elementary gifted program in the district. Transportation is provided for all students enrolled in the Gifted Academy and their siblings attending Towne Meadows across the district boundaries.

Hello! My name is Kristina Baldwin, and I am so proud to be a Kindergarten teacher at Towne Meadows Elementary. I have been teaching for 15 years, and my favorite thing about this grade level is watching my students transform from unsure beginners into truly confident learners.

At Towne Meadows Elementary, the Gifted Academy is defined by a teaching philosophy that prioritizes creative, outside-of-the-box thinking. Teachers in the Gifted Academy recognize that their students often possess a desire for deeper learning. To meet these needs, the teaching staff focuses on providing a highly integrated and hands-on educational experience.
